The room had a balcony and overlooked the pool, beds were comfortable

Just back from 3 night break and what a find this was!! Excellent location, lovely friendly staff, rooms spotless, breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty, plenty to set you up for the day. Lovely warm pool. Quiet location but so close to the old town and a lovely walk into playa den bossa. Would 100% recommend.

The location was really good, 10 minutes walk form either sides of Ibiza.

The extra cost for having company 2 out of 4 nights. They asked an extra 36€ per night if a second person stayed in the room (which I did not plan for upon booking). Why 36€? €12 for 1 extra breakfast and 24€!! for the extra cleaning (1 bed) so I had to pay 72€ more than initially paid via the platform which was a massive surprise and argument with them. On the other side I took 1/6 breakfasts I paid for and did not ask any daily cleaning (so 1/4 daily cleaning). No chance to argue, they were absolutely closed to recognising this so I felt completely scammed. I consider I saved them 5x12 + 3*24 = 60+72 = 132€ as per their service charges but still had to pay the extra 72€. I was not happy when leaving. The pool is in the shade mos tof the day and the breakfast is all processed food.
