There's a reason why Martin's (the host) breakfasts are award-winning. You get a spread of made-from-scratch baked goods, locally sourced jams and chesses, and creative vegetarian takes on things you know. What's more, you have a menu every morning with a selection of hot dishes Martin will make to order. Everything was delicious, and the attention to detail is outstanding. If you have the munchies, there's a stock of packaged snack items you can purchase.
There's nothing bad you can say about Roskhill house. I'm serious.

Our host Martin was splendid. He was very helpful in recommending activities to see and do in the area, and places to eat. Our breakfast was amazing!! Martin is a wonderful baker so fresh baked items were available as well as a wide assortment of cheese, fruits etc. He also offered fresh eggs laid by his chickens.
The property was spotless and very comfortable!
It was perfect!

Everything was perfect. Staff/Owner Martin went out of his way to ensure the guests were pleased. Breakfast was outstanding!! Also - close to Dunvegan and restaurants.
Potholes on entry drive were significant, but this is a minor issue and no reason to avoid staying here.
