This hotel is so cosy and it feels like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, and it’s an added bonus that there is parking (we were lucky enough to get a space). I loved the printed newspaper guide and we did one of the walks in there which was perfect!
I can’t really fault the property but I do think they could benefit from having some shelving / storage in the bathroom. We were staying as two women and we really didn’t have anywhere to put our toiletries, makeup, etc which made the room itself feel a bit cramped.

I loved everything. I even had a treat a couple of days before my stay when they messaged me to say I had a free upgrade. I’m currently living with cancer and was on a much needed break so this really made my trip. The rooms and the bath especially are to die for. Close to town and the train:bus station

Perfect self contained hotel room right in the centre of Windermere. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & cafes. We also walked down to the next town which had even more shops, bars, pubs & restaurants. Also great views of the lake!!
