The Tree House Boutique Hotel by The Living Journey Collection

Nothing we didn’t like

The Tree House is a charming little gem, tucked away on a side street in an elevated position close to the waterfront. We loved its intimate atmosphere, comfortable rooms and excellent cleanliness. Above all, though, it is the wonderful team that makes this hotel special. Everyone put so much care into making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Whether we needed transport to dinner, help organising our day or advice, the staff were always attentive, warm and happy to help. Their kindness became particularly meaningful when my partner developed a stomach upset picked up while we were out exploring, unrelated to the hotel. The team took exceptional care of her and arranged for a doctor to visit us at the hotel. Their prompt help and concern made a difficult moment much easier, and she recovered quickly enough for us to continue enjoying our holiday. The hotel also works closely with Ismail Zziwa of Tribal Lions Safari. We can wholeheartedly recommend both his Peninsula Tour and his Table Mountain City Tour, which were excellent experiences and easy to arrange through the hotel. What we will remember most is how personally we were looked after. That feeling of being in such caring hands made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!

Nothing to fault. We had a wonderful stay and felt exceptionally well looked after.

Great little hotel in. super location. Walkable to the V&A Waterfront and other parts of Cape Town. Hotel was charming and the staff delightful.

Nothing to dislike.
