It is a small building but has a lot of facilities: gym room, pool and washing and drying machines (with detergents)! It has a water front across the street and close to Split.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation is located just before Split, and everything was perfect from start to finish.
Our room was beautiful—brand new, modern, and absolutely spotless. It was exactly as shown in the photos, which was a real plus. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious and high-quality options.
The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. True professionals!
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. A fantastic experience!

Absolutely immaculate with so much space for you & your loved ones. The rooms are A1, outdoor pool area is “ Bliss “. There is no better way to finish off a day in Podstrana than to enjoy a relaxing evening in the very spacious & peaceful wellness room.
The staff provided us with anything we could have possibly needed. So kind & helpful.
I recommend this property very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside pool was lovely.
The breakfast was very poor/generic with cheap quality ingredients for the price of the place. The gym looked a bit neglected. The tea & coffee we used was not replenished after the room was cleaned. The shower cubicle didn't have a separate floor so the place essentially became a wet room. It was also noisy by a busy main road, so I slept with earplugs. The door to the balcony was also very difficult to open and shut. It seems close to split on the map but the road being the main way in meant we got held up for quite a while on a couple of occasions.
