WOW! What a surprise! First, the location - amazing! So wonderful to be able to wander Gent and pop back to the room for a snack/rest so easily. We loved hanging out in the rooms and common area. Very comfortable, with coffee, treats and loads of reading material! We were greeted by Greetje the first morning and she was so sweet and helpful, available by text throughout our stay.
everything was perfect!
