Location is exceptional
Access to building and room via stupid app required WiFi for me. So stupid. My US international phone service was not great. Guy who coordinated access was uncaring.

The location is great. Good furnishings. Good bathroom and shower. Good AC. They made good changes since last year, switching the bedroom and living room, which was much better.
Terrible communication. We completed check in and got a message saying it was successful, then kept receiving messages telling us to check in. Why? A fan is listed in amenities but one was not provided. No sheets for second bed. We made unsuccessful requests to get sheets, and never received a response.
