DAO NGOC BEACH HOTEL Da Nang

Location was a bit away from the busy beaches. Room was clean, very spacious, overlooking the beach and with views of Son Tra Peninsula and Lady Buddha statue. We enjoyed the indoor time forced on us by the heavy rainfall all day long. Overhead was leaking but was immediately fixed after notifying the reception. Breakfast was great, with a good variety. The carpets in the corridors, as soon as you sep out of lift on level 9 were old, worn and smelly. Other than that everything was great. Since we were stuck in room whole day long due to heavy rainfall, better channel options on TV or ability to cast from our devices would have helped.

We stayed at this hotel with our tourist group for a week, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is provided daily, and the location is very convenient — the beach is just across the road. We had a wonderful time and were generally very happy with our stay. There are just a few things I would like to mention. Some members of my group reported insects in their rooms. Before our arrival, I was informed that this issue had already been resolved; however, we still encountered some insects during our stay. There were also a few minor maintenance issues in some rooms, including leaking showers and bathroom fixtures that were not securely attached. I sincerely hope the hotel management and staff will see this review and do everything possible to resolve these issues completely. This would make future guests’ stays even more comfortable. Another small detail for future travelers to keep in mind is that there are no sun loungers on the beach, so I recommend bringing a beach mat or something else comfortable to lie on. On the other hand, the hotel’s proximity to the sea is a big advantage, as the beach is just a few minutes away. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very enjoyable, and I am truly grateful for the hotel’s hospitality! I would especially like to praise the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The way people treat their guests makes a real difference to the overall experience, and we genuinely felt cared for here. A special thank-you goes to Brandon, the concierge, who was especially helpful to me throughout our stay. He was always ready to assist, and I truly appreciate his attention, support, and kindness. Pros: The breakfast on our first day was delicious. The location is perfect, very close to both the airport and the beach. The reception staff provided excellent service and spoke great English. The rooftop offers an amazing view.

Cons: There were small bugs in the bathroom and ants near the desk in front of the mirror. There were quite a lot of them when we first arrived on the first day, and they were still there even after we reported the issue. I don’t think it’s a cleanliness problem; it feels more like an issue with the bathroom plumbing. The rooftop gym was a bit hot and stuffy.
