Absolutely nothing! We had a tiny issue when we arrived but that was sorted out immediately and wonderfully!

Lovely, warm, welcoming and friendly environment in which to spend our first visit to Llangollen. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our short stay. Staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The location could not have been better, being at the riverside and central to the town and all local amenities. Breakfast was good with dietary needs met. Staff serving in the café were particularly warm and welcoming

The number pad entry systems took a bit of getting used to!

Location was central

Room was tired looking with marks on walls, toilet was dirty when we arrived. Shower was tiny and water temperature was intermittent
