The location was amazing, as it is on the water front right next to the vaporetto stop. The location is also rather quiet and peaceful.
The instructions and key pick were super clear and easy, and the appartment was wonderful.
I would recommend the small bar that lies just 100 m away.
There were a few small things that could be improved.
In the website description it should be made clear that the appartment only really sleeps 1 adult or 1 couple plus up to 2 children, but is not great for more separate adults, as the single bed (located in a coridor) is narrow and the sofabed (in living room) is rudimentary.

We loved the villa. It was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils, very good lighting and great outdoor space. The location was perfect since it was in front on the Venier port lane and there were restaurants and a supermarket less than 8 mins on foot. We really loved our stay and highly recommend it.
It was perfect

Location was excellent. What a wonderful way to experience Venice. Staying on Murano island.
We've stayed here in a one bedroom apartment before and absolutely loved it. What a disappointment to being our adult daughter along and had the opposite experience. Apartment not equipped for more than 2 adults as the second bedroom has no cupboard facilities and the beds are for kids. Could do for children but definitely not adults. Zero mirrors. No ironing facilities or microwave.
