The Hotel

The location was perfect, everything you might need in walking distance. Including the beach, and some restaurants. Pelourinho and other sights were only about a 15-20 minute ride away. Breakfast was great.

They were doing renovations (and this was not notified beforehand) so there was a lot of noise throughout the day and the elevator was not working for half of the stay. Normally it wouldn't be a big issue, but we were travelling while pregnant so appreciated the possibility on some days to rest a bit between morning and afternoon/evening activities, but with the noise it was a bit challenging. However! After we requested another room where the noise was less audible, the staff was very helpful and attentive and we got a better room.

Very clean

The breakfast was exactly as was shown in the pictures with a wide variety of items both savoury and sweet.

There was nothing for me to make a point about. The Hotel like many establishments is improving their facilities so certain parts of the hotel are not accessible for guests. This doesn't take away from the hotel experience in my opinion.

Location and 24h réception is a good point

Staff could be more flexible and friendly. The hotel could be more flexible to their guests
