Dots Bay House

We had the most amazing time at dots!! Booked a private room for four nights and it wasn’t enough time. The location was perfect- right on the beach and close to the action of hiriketiya. The room was so clean, cool, and had all the amenities we needed. Dots was the perfect oasis with so many things to do whether we were chilling by the pool, eating delicious food or enjoying the nightlife listening to some amazing djs in their on-site club. We never felt like it was too loud or hectic. The staff were so lovely, attentive and made us feel at home the minute we got there. I would highly recommend dots to anyone of any age, and we can’t wait to return one day. Thank you so so much!!

Beautiful place, nice Saturday party

The service level is genuinely appalling. The staff is just not properly trained. Housekeeping would go into the dorm at 11 AM and talk loudly for an hour, completely disregarding the possible presence of sleeping guests. They were unable to answer basic questions about the place and requests like asking a staff member to point the way to the dorm because I had gotten lost on the property felt like such excruciating and complex tasks to them that they would just roll their eyes and call a “superior”, who did just that thing all over again. I felt absolutely not taken care of during my stay and other people I talked to shared the exact same sentiment.
