The check-in was very smooth. The host picked up the phone when I had some questions and was very nice. The apartment I was staying in was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed — just don't count on the view or direct sunlight, as it overlooked the bins in the inner yard. I really appreciated the heated towel rails and a big shelf in the bathroom, where you can lay out your cosmetics comfortably.

There are some details that could have been improved, like the missing salt and pepper in the kitchen or the shower curtain that kept moving inward as you showered, so you inevitably made a puddle. The bigger issue (and that's obviously something all of the landlords in the building have to solve collectively) is cigarettes. Someone was smoking *daily and frequently* in another apartment throughout the entire week, and the smoke was traveling through the ventilation system into the bathroom and subsequently into the studio.

Good location to the Old Town, clean, well presented & comfortable.

A bit tight space wise, accessing the bed was difficult from both sides. The main entrance door was initially difficult to open and needed force to do so (we thought the entrance code was wrong until we realised the door needed force to open)
