Hotel Club S'Illot

Fantastyczna lokalizacja- przy samej, bardzo ładnej plaży. To największy atut hotelu. Dobre jedzenie, choć bardzo powtarzalne. Za to ekspres do kawy był dostępny przy wszystkich posiłkach. Hotel nie za duży, kameralny z bardzo ładną częścią wypoczynkową przed hotelem - można wypić drinka czy nawet zjeść śniadanie patrząc na morze. Czystość w hotelu wzorowa. Personel miły, uśmiechnięty, pomocny. Same miasteczko S’Illot typowo kurortowe. W trakcie naszego pobytu było wiele imprez i atrakcji z pokazem fajerwerków i dyskoteka na plaży włącznie. Jest sporo sklepików i restauracyjek, a w prawą stronę idąc z hotelu piękna zatoka - Cala Morlanda. Można dojść promenadą do kolejnych miejscowości. W hotelu można wypożyczyć rowery w cenach ok.

W ofercie all za drinki z tzw. górnej półki trzeba było dodatkowo płacić , ale tylko 50% ceny (3-4 euro). Napoje z dystrybutora. Leżaki na plaży płatne - za komplet 2 leżaki i parasol 15,50, ale to standard na Majorce- nie ma prywatnych plaż. Niestety za leżaki przy basenie hotel pobierał taka sama opłatę. Basen bardzo mały, raczej nie dla dzieci, bo głębszy. Woda w kranie słonawa. Ręczniki plażowe za dodatkową, choć symboliczną opłatą (5 euro + kaucja za tydzień). Jedzenie raczej średnie - szczególnie śniadania zawsze to samo.

Location perfect for spending the days floating in the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect for walking along the esplanade in the evening to find a spot to eat or drink. Very close to Pubic bus transport, which we caught to go to the caves tour.

I did not like the inclusive meals. Just not my type of food. I did like inclusive drinks- spirits, odd cocktail & barista coffee until late at night.

1. 30 seconds from the beach 2. It seems the hotel had been renovated recently and has a very nice pool and seating areas 3. If you go all inclusive you still have to pay for premium alcohol which is expected however it is 50% off 4. The meat was very good. Good flavour and tender 5. There is a sauna

1. Variety of food at the hotel. If you’re staying for the whole week it gets a bit repetitive. It seems they reuse a lot of the food to avoid waste which is great for the environment and cost wise but it is a bit monotone 2. For whatever reason the drinking water is salty. This was a massive problem as you could taste it when drinking various drinks as they use it to dilute juice and some fizzy drinks and you could even taste it in some of the food such as soup. This made us feel a bit ill and we had to go out and buy our own drinks despite being all inclusive 3. You have to pay for the sun loungers that are located in the hotel, there are a few metal ones that are free 4. We had the impression that the food and hotel overall was tailored towards german tourists. On multiple occasions when staff approached us they spoke to us in german because they assumed we were german. This is not necessarily a negative we jusy found it a bit strange as it would make more sense to speak either in spanish or english

The receptionist was very nice and speaks okay German. The staffs are all very friendly and polite. Breakfast has eggs (scrambled eggs, sunny side up, boiled) and a lot of choices. Overall was ok if it would have costed €100/night. But that was not the case... (it was ~€193 for us.)

A lot....It was almost €200 /night with half board for 2 people. But the facilities were lacking for such a price. Half-board: dinner 7-9 pm edible but not worth it Note that drinks are not included and the drinking water from the dispenser tastes really weird. Tap water even worse. Breakfast 8-10 am was better Partial sea-view = you have to walk out the balcony to see a bit of the sea. The shower water temperature is unstable. The tap water is hard to wash soap off (likely hard water). The doors open like half way for both the main and the bathroom doors. The mattresses sink in a lot (double room = twin beds adjacent to each other), which is unhealthy for your back. Air conditioner is rather loud and the remote control doesn't work to adjust anything.
