The suite on the second floor is very big, with private bathroom and kitchen. Convenient to buy foods for cooking since “Joker” shop within 7-8 minutes walk.

Communication was very clear and made finding the spot easy. Also, check in steps were very clear and easy to follow...nice to have the self check-in option. The room itself was so tiny, but we made it work and it was really all we needed since we spent most of our time exploring Lofoten. The shared kitchen space and living area was lovely. Furnished nicely, very well kept, and it was nice to see others and get to know other guests. There was lots of fridge and freezer space, so cooking and food storage was convenient and easy. The shared bathrooms were also good. Very clean, and despite other guests being there we never once had to wait for the bathroom. Additionally, having the washing machine was a huge benefit and it was easy to use with detergent provided (even though we had brought our own). Since it's a shared space, I was a little concerned about noise from others, but our room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Perhaps we got lucky, but all other guests were very respectful of each other's space and the noise levels.

The room was very small, so if you are someone that needs a lot of space you will want to opt for larger rooms. But it was still clean and comfortable.

The location's great because it's close to Reine and Å. I liked that there's washer and dryer available which is great if you're in Lofoten for a couple of days. Even though it's shared bathrooom, I didn't have to wait to use the facility. The whole place was pretty clean.

No microwave. I was also placed in a room adjacent to the front desk so it was kind of loud when people were checking in. I also wasn't allowed to wait in the common area prior to check-in.

Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and great showers - perfect for a reset after a week of camping. Big kitchen with everything you need and everything was very clean :)
