Bastion Hotel Roosendaal

Good facilities.

Too far from centre.I ordered a taxi in the evening for the next morning as I had a train to catch.In the morning I checked with reception and no taxi had been ordered.The lady on reception did her best and I got a taxi 30 minutes later,train caught with minutes to spare!

This hotel is right next to the tournament location

The room is rather small

The location quite far from the city centre of Roosendaal but that’s ok

The hotel structure is great, and having free parking was very convenient. A special mention goes to the staff, they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Overall the stay was good, but there are a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that need attention: Room Cleanliness: The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was accumulated dust beside the beds and small spiders in the corners. Bathroom: The drain wasn't draining water properly, leaving the floor quite wet. The ceiling also has visible yellow stains that need cleaning or repainting. Breakfast: The food quality was good, but it felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. I had a busy schedule and couldn't report this to reception during my stay, but I'm sharing this constructively as the hotel has great potential with better attention to detail!
