Hotel & Wellness Royal Astrid

Friendly staff, very child friendly also. We could warm up our son's bottle in the microwave without any problem. Loved the wellness as well. Two separate areas and the new area is very nice! With great facilities! Breakfast was also nice! And a special shoutout the waiters of the restaurant.

The fact of having two separated beds instead of a double, the explanation was that for the request we had made this was the only option, I would have appreciated to be informed of this beforehand.

Good location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Beds are not comfortable and cleaning of the room can be better

The location is very convenient. Check in amd out was quick and easy, friendly stuff. Breakfast is good and well organised.

Cleaning up yourself after breakfast made me feel like I was at a cheap McDonald's 😞. They can hire people given the price per room. The smell of chloride from the pool, when you get off the lift on the 1st floor, was very unpleasant. Luckily, it wasn't smelling inside the room. The hotel might want to consider alternative sanitation methods.

Breakfast was good, hotel is clean. Location is good.

No air-conditioning in standard twin-bed room. So we had to open the window. Bed quality: looks good at the begining but then you wake up and find yourself sleeping on some kind of a hole in the bed. For luggage holding, it's free but they have a strange procedure, they give you a key and you can go by yourself to the luggage room. You can take literally any bag if you want (no control). But they do have a camera there, I belive mistakes can happen because no biddy puts numbers or anything on the luggage.
