The Park Nine Hotel Srinakarin

It's a very quiet place with relaxing atmosphere. There are an extensive selection of restaurant and room service options. Getting an upgrade on my room was a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend this place to stay.

It's a shame that, in addition to the amenities provided in the room—such as toothbrushes—I have to purchase a shaving kit separately.

All the staff were fantastic, they very helpful and very friendly but professional at the same time.

No complaints at all from me.

The gym with sauna and the swimming make the workout after or before work very easy and convenient. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking during a long term stay. The location is great and very quiet although near a major road and train station. There are two big malls close by and further down the road there are large shop centers including a Makro supermarket with fresh vegetables, fruits, meet and fish. We enjoyed the stay very much and rebooked our room for the next six weeks business trip.

Room was very spacious with two queen beds - very convinient for a family. Bathroom had both the shower and a bath tub. A lot of wardroom space even though we didnt need it. Little kitchen area is handy for guests that are staying longer.

Area that the hotel is located in is very dodgy looking. I would feel safe walking aroung there. However we were staying only for one night. Beds were a bit uncomfortable in my opionion. Staff was looking to physicly copy our credit card instead of just, for example, pre authorising an amount for a deposit. They didnt seem to know what I was talking about. We ended up paying deposit in cash so on check out, we had to wait for the housekeeping to check the room first,before we were let to go. That was a bit awkward. Breakfast had very poor choice of food, also I thought that one lady at breakfast was a little rude. She greeted us with "what is your room number" and when I said "Good morning" she would not greet us back but just repeated her question a lot louder.
