The location is truly excellent. The accommodation is located very close to the Colosseum and the Roman forum, both can easily be reached on foot. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops and other useful amenities nearby. For exploring the city, the location is definitely one of the biggest advantages. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and completely hassle-free. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature in the room was pleasant. A big plus was also the small refrigerator in the room, which was extremely convenient for us, especially for keeping drinks and small items. Considering the location and the price, the accommodation offers good value.

The room is quite small and, in our opinion, feels more like a single room with an additional extra bed added. As a result, there is quite limited space for two people, especially if you have larger luggage. For a short stay it is manageable, but having a little more space would make the stay considerably more comfortable. The biggest drawback is the bathroom, which needs some maintenance and more thorough cleaning. The toilet seat moves from side to side, the waste bin has a broken lid, there is mould around the bathtub, and the shower head is heavily covered with limescale and also has mould on it. These are things that could be relatively easily fixed and would significantly improve the overall impression of the accommodation. Despite these drawbacks, the location is really excellent. The price is also very reasonable considering the overall experience, so this accommodation is particularly interesting for travellers who value a great location and an affordable price when visiting Rome.

I didnt like that in 8 days it comes only one time for cleaning the room.

we loved loved our stay because the owner Bernardo was over the top service & customer oriented & SO FUN. Returned calls immediately & was always there to help & give us resturant ,guides,walks & NOT to miss spots,. if a problem he took care of of it asap....you just could not ask for better or more. Plus the location was absolutely awesome.

Great location and friendly staff. Good sized room.

Pretty run down and not very clean. The sink and shower didn’t drain well, the toilet seat was broken and almost no amenities were supplied.
