Hotel Potenza

Location to public transport was perfect, good breakfast and rooms made up everyday.

Staff would stand at entrance to hotel smoking, meaning you had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time you entered or exited. Only one floor but still 3 flights of stairs with no lift to get suitcases to your room , staff would help with mixed enthusiasm

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. It was very limited and there were almost no choices, especially for guests who do not eat pork. The cheese was placed together with slices of pork, which meant we could not eat it. There were also no vegetables at all and not even any fruit. Overall, we were happy with the cleanliness, staff, and location, but the breakfast definitely needs significant improvement.

Very helpful and clean.

The beds were a bit harder than expected

It was central to the bus and train station.

The shower broke soon after we arrived and was not repaired during our stay
