The room was very clean and comfortable. also a good size. the bathroom was good with a good shower. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
Wifi in the rooms seems like a basic requirment in this time, also a fridge and kettle/coffee maker in the room would be good. whilst there is wifi in the lounge and also a fridge and kettle there this is not really good if you are in the second building which would require a walk in the possible cold or rain to use them

breakfast was great!
Room is quite is window are all closed.
Closed to the train station.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
There is a balcony but it’s facing the road, so could not enjoy it during the day.

Everything. Nothing but compliments. Breakfast was awesome. Very nice facility. Convient to Eagles Nest by bus.. Town a longer walk but busses are frequent. We did a day trip to by bus in only 40 min. Did I mention awesome breakfast and staff?
