A charming boutique hotel in a quiet historic area

Great location in a quiet part of the Old Town. Beautiful old property.

Alexia and George were absolutely fantastic, warm and helpful hosts. The hotel could not be in a better location in terms of the old town moments away from the main gate to the old town with easy access to free parking nearby if you rent a car to explore the island. The port is only a few minutes walk away to explore nearby islands like Symi or get a water taxi to the beaches. The gorgeous Elli beach is within walking distance. The breakfast was incredible with fresh bakery items and fruit everyday. Also very handy to have a large room with a fridge / tea and coffee and everything you could want. This really offers an old town experience in a building that is hundreds of years old! Alexia and George truly could not have been more welcoming and friendly.

Location was excellent; staff were lovely and breakfast was very good.

I appreciate the hotel is located in a very old and authentic building but our room (twin bedded) was like a cave insofar as it was very small, had very low ceilings, and no window. We paid extra for a balcony but didn't realise it was up a very narrow spiral staircase. The bathroom ceiling was so low that when I brushed my hair (I'm 5ft 8ins) I was hitting the ceiling. Definitely not a room for anyone who isn't fit and nimble!
