Die Zimmer des Hotels sind geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt an einer gut befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und außer der Gästezimmer wirkt alles recht alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Da gehört mal neuer Glanz in die Gaststuben und den Eingangsbereich.

Wir waren zu zweit mit dem Motorrad unterwegs - das Hotel diente uns mehrere Tage als zentrales Tourhotel für Ausfahrten und zur Erholung. Dafür hat das Hotel alles geboten, was es dafür braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und recht groß. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir hinter dem Hotel abstellen - zwar offen, aber für uns ok Die Lage zum Millstätter See war genial - so konnten wir zu Fuß zum Strandbad gehen und das Baden genießen. Das im Hotel vorhandene Restaurant haben wir mehrmals benutzt und können es nur empfehlen. Die wettergeschützte Terrasse haben wir sehr geschätzt. Andere Restaurants sind in der Nähe und ebenfalls - sofern besucht - zu empfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels lässt sehr schöne Touren in Kärnten, sowie in Richtung Italien und Slowenien zu. Zuletzt ist noch der Chef zu loben, der an "allen Fronten kämpfte" und stets hilfsbereit war.

The hotel also has a restaurant with a good variety of food against quite decent prices. We enjoyed a very good dinner. The location is excellent; 5 minutes by car from the A10 and 5 minutes walking from the lake. For us a perfect stop on our way to Croatia.

Something typical for the austrian and german hotels; the duvets are in most cases too short to tuck in the feet end. But that's perhaps a personal preference🤷‍♂️

Hotel has really nice garden with the pool, there is nice restaurant with terrace to chill. Breakfast is tasty.

I would say information in general. Location next to the road and the noise from it can't be changed - that is how it is. But information and care would improve the ratings. There is no reception, just combinated with restoration and they do not give you much details unless you ask about everything. The book in your room is just in german. Because I did read the reviews I knew I can get a local card with free entrances and sales otherwise there is no information you can get it. Same with breakfast - just because people next to us ordered some eggs I discovered we can order something extra apart from the buffet (no information about that).
