Very close to where I had to work. The manager is really nice. He bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The rooms are very dated, but I love that feel. Might not be for everyone.

The codes for the wifi did not work. I will admit I did not ask the staff if it had changed as I had plenty of data, so I just used that.

We enjoyed the upper level; the executive suite is quite spacious for a family of 4 & I loved that the kids had their own bedrooms separate from the adults Kids enjoyed the pool area, and we all loved having the lake right across the road. Staff are absolutely lovely & so welcoming! Bed was comfy, and enjoyed the spa bath! Tv & mini fridge in living areas were nice, we enjoyed watching the Grand Finial while relaxing on the sofa bed. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, for the long weekend & a lake front view it was very cheap for a family of 4 booked last minute. We would stay again but without children. Location is perfect, away from all the busyness yet close enough to everything you’ll need.

Cons, LOTS of sketchy people staying at the hotel, up all hours of the night yelling & fighting (dr0gs), i definitely would NOT bring children here again, in saying that being on the upper level made it easier than being downstairs & right next door to them.. the kitchen area in the exc suite had mice droppings.. spa bath was dirty & I had to clean it properly before use (previously persons hair, dust etc) bedding had blood stains & roof was rotting by the door
