Close to nightclubs so a little noisy in the early hours

The location is perfect to Old Town, shopping & restaurants, and/or strolls thoughout the city. Alex, the Host/Manager was above exceptional at taking the time and effort to share any/all information that was helpful to experience the best of the City.
The rooms were very clean. It is an old building and there were signs of some small roaches in my room. I did not complain as the location, the Manager the cleanliness was all above the bar. But I supose they need more proactive measures to resolve this. Just not something that may be resolved during a given stay. But hopefully this feedback shall be received in its intent. I certainly will return!

The main man, Nabil, was super helpful and engaging. It’s clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is super also as it’s 5min walk to La Concha.

Location when we eventually found it
Paper cup to drink out of, no tea or coffee making in room. Cost of property was expensive to what was received - very basic room and bathroom
