Will & Tate City Stay

Staff was very helpful and nice. Whole place was clean and comfortable. Tram station is near so you can go explore more easily. Kitchen is a bit small, but you have everything you need.

It can be a bit noisy with so many people around and traffic noise is moderate. It's a shame there's only one shelf with 3 compartments in a 12-bed room,so you can't keep small essentials near your bed. It would be better that every bed has his own shelf mounted on the wall or near for easier access.

Super friendly staff, top location, very good rate. You get what you pay for.

Nothing much.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient. One day some of the shower drains were clogged, but they fixed it soon.

Lots of broken and out of order things. Not big things, a paper dispenser in one toilet, the soap dispenser in another. But it builds up to an overall image of disrepair. The showers are only available in one of the floors. I was in the basement and had to climb two stories to shower. Not terrible, just inconvenient. There aren't toilets in every floor. About the room, there are no hangers for clothes and also nowhere to hang the towels.
