Peyk Hotel Sultanahmet

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly Hasan who helped us with our onward flight check-in. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fruit, cooked items, bread, cheeses and pastries to suit all tastes.

The bathroom was quite compact for 2.

Breakfast was great every morning. I had 2nd floor room with a Juliet balcony which was very nice. Water is provided in the room along with coffee/tea things and you can get additional water if you run out; so no need to stock up unless you need it for walking the city. Perfect Location to visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern all easy walking and the tram stations are also close by to allow you to get down to the sea and transition over to the Asian side or take a boat tour.

Room did show some obvious signs of wear and tear but are all easily addressable and doesn't ruin the experience. However, it did take me a minute to discern what was just an unfortunate hair die stain versus something more harmful.
