S12 Boutique Residence - by Hosty

Really well located. Flat is comfortable and has a small fridge. Door lock with password is really handy to not have to carry keys around.

Communication is rather poor. They use a third-app called Lodify for the bookings, our booking data was leaked and I received several scam messages by Whatsapp asking for extra payment. I was concerned to where else my data got leaked and they didn't provide much information to the outcome or measures taken. There was also a fire alarm in the building at 6AM and nobody was answering phone calls or answering messages to check it out. I had to call the firefighters to come over to check the building and during evacuation we discoreved that the emergency door is locked everynight by cleaning staff. I reported this to them and they didn't care nor answered me.

Great location and easy access to various parts of the city

No heating as temperature dropped below two digits, noisy with no sound proof. I barely had 3 hours of sleep

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca, Starego Miasta i Kazimierza. Pokój w sam raz na kilkudniowy pobyt.

W obiekcie bylo czysto i dobra lokalizacja.

Zepsuta suszarka, niedziałający telewizor i niechłodząca lodówka. Wypadajace gniazdka, łóżko king-size to tak naprawde dwa zlozone pojedyncze lozka z mata piankowa na laczeniu - ekstremalnie niewygodne.
