1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
To drugie piętro 1 sypialnia 1 1/2 łazienka kondominium znajduje się po stronie Zatoki Perskiej naszej nieruchomości. Ze względu na centralne położenie, jest to krótki spacer do naszej piaszczystej plaży, kortów tenisowych, basenu i grilla węglowego. Aby zachować zgodność z kodeksem pożarnym hrabstwa Sarasota, nasze jednostki z jedną sypialnią mogą pomieścić maksymalnie cztery osoby. Główna sypialnia wyposażona jest w łóżko typu king-size z 32-calowym telewizorem z płaskim ekranem. W salonie znajduje się również rozkładana sofa queen-size z wbudowanym elektrycznym materacem nadmuchiwanym, który jest również wyposażony w 42-calowy telewizor z płaskim ekranem. Łazienka została niedawno odnowiona z granitowym blatem i kabiną prysznicową. Urocza przestronna kuchnia ma granitowe blaty i mnóstwo szafek. Jest w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie elementy potrzebne do gotowania - garnki / patelnie, naczynia, przybory kuchenne, toster, ekspres do kawy i ekspres do kawy Keurig. W całym urządzeniu znajduje się piękna płytka. Komfortowo umeblowane, osłonięte patio pozwala Tobie i Twojej rodzinie cieszyć się ciepłą tropikalną bryzą.

This place was perfect. Everything was super clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location is amazing—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day.The pool area was great and never felt overcrowded, which was a huge plus. They also provide beach chairs, and you can rent an umbrella for $25, which was honestly clutch for long beach days.The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire stay, which really made the experience even better. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

What a beautiful, well taken care of property. Very clean and perfect for our little get away. Absolutely loved the pool and close beach access.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool area were also very nice. The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit 172 is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!
