The condo had several highlights that made our trip enjoyable: • Kitchen: The kitchen is updated and well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially appreciated the bonus beverage fridge—such a convenient touch! • Patio: The outdoor patio was a standout feature. It had a new table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and taking in the cool breezes. • Location: The condo is in a great location—an easy walk to downtown, Nagelein’s Bakery, and the Comal River for tubing. Everything we needed was close by. • Amenities: The community pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, great for unwinding after a day on the river or exploring town. • Family Fun: The space worked well for us as a family—we had plenty of room to relax and spend time together.However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: • Master Bed: The mattress in the primary bedroom is quite old and uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. • Dryer Vent: The dryer doesn’t vent to the outside, so hot air flows directly into the kitchen area—this made the space uncomfortably warm while doing laundry. • Carpet: The carpet on the stairs and upstairs is dated and could benefit from an update.With a few upgrades, this condo could easily be a five-star rental. As it stands, it was a comfortable and fun home base with great amenities and a fantastic location.

However, there were some issues we encountered that weren’t up to par.
Broken food disposal led to water leak, kitchen pots/pans & colander were rusty, trash of empty bottles & soda cans were tossed under kitchen sink, hair in 2nd bathtub, probably from previous attendants that cleaning crew missed, dead roaches on pot lid & front door. Property maintenance quickly &resolved broken disposal. Mgmt/owner provided good service.
