Location was perfect for attending the Biennale. It was close to food and water taxis. Great neighborhood. Once you figure o it where it is you realize how central it is located. Very quiet little alley off the main street. Love the staff. The staff/owner went way beyond the call of duty to help us get a water taxi when we needed an early morning taxi to the airport. Good WiFi too.
Very limited amenities - kitchen not set up very well and there was not even a tea bag to have tea. Despite this the staff made up for this limitation.

Appartamentino carino accogliente e pulito

Communication with the host was excellent—they were highly responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the Biennale events. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
