I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is truly amazing — so warm, welcoming, and attentive. They did everything they could to accommodate my early check-in, which I really appreciated.
The hotel is exceptionally clean, and I loved the beautiful, fresh scent as soon as you enter. The location is also perfect, right on one of my favorite streets in Rome.
A beautiful hotel with a genuinely warm atmosphere and exceptional staff. I would definitely stay here again.
The room was smaller than expected, with no desk or comfortable seating area apart from the bed. It was also quite dark, with limited natural light.

The hotel is amazing, beuatiful, spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and landmarks.
Breakfast was good, but for a hotel of this standard, we felt that it could have been better. We also missed having a gym at the hotel, or alternatively an arrangement with a nearby fitness center for guests.

I put 4 stars because they lost 2of my tshirts in the laundry.
It was the last day, I didn’t open the very nice package they send me and I notice in Venice. I call them and they say I didn’t send them. It was very frustrating. I wait until the last day to continue traveling with clean clothes and I continue with less clothes .
