Lovely Bed&Breakfast in a great location and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We were able to park on the carpark just outside but it possibly may be limited during the Summer season. Definitely recommend staying here.
There is nothing to complain about.

We were in the suite, a spacious annexe at the back of the house. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very good. There is off-road parking at the front of the house - there seemed to be enough for all guests. Breakfast was available at an extra charge (£7.50) with tea/coffee, juices, choice of cooked items, porridge toast (with jam or marmalade) - we were very happy with ours,
The only minus point was that we didn't get the wifi to work.

there was no breakfast available during my stay but I knew this in advance and didn't need breakfast anyway. There was a handy utility room with fridge/microwave. The bed was very comfy and the shower excellent.
I had slight difficulty using the pin code to get in but that was just me being slow with the buttons!

The rooms decor was very nice, bathroom facilities are good.
The door access system was problematic, we had problems with it as did other guests.
Felt the wording of some of the communication had not been read and was a little impersonal. We didn't see the host until we checked out, there was no enquiry as to how we found our stay, more Interested in using their phone to check us out.
Parking is very limited.
