Structure, rooms, staff: amazing
The bar underneath is unnecessarily loud — not customers, but stupidly loud music. Not the hotel’s fault: this is a plague for the neighborhood. Insulated windows help…

Our room at this lodging was terrific--comfortable bed,, lovely shower, nice big bathroom and great sheets and pillows.
The breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional--a wide choice of savory or sweet items.
I find that lodging that is not a "hotel" needs to send --right away--at check in time--all of the essential information. Where to park, the entry codes, perhaps good restaurant choices if they are not left in the room. It would be helpful if these instructions were in Italian for their home guests and in English I suppose. This way--less work for them, and less work for you. It is also helpful to know if the area is ZTL or very narrow streets in terms of parking or driving. Then you would know that you could leave your car in the newer part and walk in.

Enjoyed the property and location. Older steps a bit hard to navigate. Room decor well done. Great staff.

Amazing staff who truly care, great communication, lovely large room with a powerful shower and comfy bed. Easy location for all of Trani and especially finding cheap local parking.
Breakfast Terrace lovely.
I’m fine with it, but stairs to room and terrace are steep and the bar adjoining / downstairs does entertain its clientele beyond 11 on weekends. We choose to join them and so enjoyed the fun. Breakfast was worth the climb, especially the view.
