Kitaguni Grand Hotel

The dinner was wonderful and the lady working at the 7th floor restaurant was very nice.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we messaged the property several times within the booking.com app and also emailed them directly about arranging their complimentary ferry shuttle service for pick up as we were traveling with bags. We never received any response and on our arrival day, there was no shuttle and we had to find a taxi and pay for our own transportation. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw the hotel shuttle parked there, but when we tried to arrange for the shuttle to drop us off back at ferry terminal for our check out date, the said it was unavailable for the time we requested, which was 10am the following morning. We ended up walking to the ferry terminal to rent a car to drive back to pick up our bags as taxis were scarce.

アルコールの自販機があればなお良かった

We took the half board programme. The food was fantastic! We loved it. A last minute request for vegetarian food was excellently catered for. Rooms were dated but clean. It’s a bit tight for 3 people.

Response to emails, chat messages and even phone calls were bad. There was none. Be warned that although it’s stated the hotel caters to pickup, they did not do so.

ロードバイクで島を一周したかったので荷物を空港送迎の人に預けたかったが、判断できないようで一旦ホテルまで行くことになった できれば空港で預かってほしかった
