Friendly reception and restaurant staff,

It’s has too many unfinished roads , a bit dated and perhaps more through clean , it may be that the facilities are old , there are a few cracks on the bath tiles and a lot of calcium Build up in the shower

Value for Money, beach was nice, food was nice Mr. Mostafa is a very helpful and customer centric Manager I have been upgraded to suit with late check out Thank you Mr. Mostafa

Nothing for the value received for money

The breakfast and dinner were nice. The beach was great and mostly sandy.

The suite we got was supposed to be part of the hotel, yet the sheets were stained. The balcony was not clean and had bird poop on the floor. We had to request the kettle to be added to the room because even though the reservation said there would be one, there wasnt. There wasnt a floor towel, the couch was stained too. I had to request housekeeping to come the next day then waited for an hour for them to come. Oh and there was no internet
