Almost every, specifically staff, very helpful and friendly, thank u Sandy and Mosaad. Location is great, food is great

Maybe rooms need a bit of renovation but it is still very acceptable

The location is excellent, the staff are very welcoming and helpful especially Us tenants and Mosaad at the reception

Nothing except no snorkeling spot in the hotel , but other than that it was rxceptional

From the reception clerks warm welcome you feel home It's the best in gouna thanks to its wide Sandy private beach ⛱️ 😎 and perfect house keeping Also they've very active animation team Although its wide area there is no neglected space Food is tasty and variety is good 👍 restaurants are clean Also they made a fine gesture for my wife birthday it was unexpected classy move from SANDY thank you Cleanliness is perfect

Check in process was slow a little bit

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the hotel facilities were generally well maintained

I was disappointed by the inconsistent service throughout the hotel. The food and beverage service was particularly confusing, with little guidance about where or when meals and snacks were available outside the main restaurant hours. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, I was left without food for several hours. Even when I offered to pay for something to eat, no food was available. I had to wait until the main restaurant opened for dinner before I could have a meal. This was very frustrating and did not meet the expectations of an all-inclusive stay.
