I really liked my stay overall. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff at the reception, who accomodated my early arrival, the luggage personnel, the piano bar, and the swimming pools' waiters. The smile was on their faces all the time, making us feel welcomed.
If the roadworks that were happening didnt make too much noise it would be a bless. Also the Hotel could plan for a "green" fence to disguise the view from the road, giving the swimming pool a cozier atmosphere.

Big property! Breakfast was wonderful and we paid extra for the dinner meal. Well worth it!
Walls were thin. Heard the rooster crow at 4 am every morning.

this resort hotel is a one level kinda resort. all rooms are on ground level and the compound is huge. it’s spacious though and bed was ok. breakfast spread i’d say is pretty good. location wise it’s a standalone not near any place within walking distance. uber your way around. not too far from airport, iguacu or a nearby mall. staffs were great.
long walk to your rooms if it’s not near the lobby. room are reasonably well maintained though you can tell it’s dated.
