We loved our time here. It was clean. Communication was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space!

I rented beach houses in Kawanda for 15 years, but unfortunately, this was the worst experience ever. The property was neglected for 20 years and it showed on every corner. The carpet and floors were dirty, the doors were squeaking from rusted hinges, and the towels were way past their prime. For the duration and price I paid, the return on my investment was poor.

Nice 3-bdrm; clean. Blue tooth speakers.
Good view of the road from the master bedroom.

The check in process was okay. They charge a 3% service fee for any credit card use so I recommend to being cash for the remainder of your payment. The 3% charge is listed in the email they send you so I’m glad the lady who checked us in informed me.
The carpets upstairs are in desperate needing of cleaning. The house was decent.
