Location was perfect as it is beachfront, the staff were attentive and went above and beyond with ordering food, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a number of options
The only issue was a late food order but it didn’t affect my overall experience since the bartender comped a drink while waiting for the order

The location at the south end of Copacabana was good as it's close to Ipanema which is a much nicer area than Copacabana but it's cheaper, with great views of Sugarloaf mountain.
Copacabana area can be sketchy and as a small group of men we got offered drugs a lot! Phones get stolen that often that when I told reception that mine had been he didn't bat an eyelid. It actually got stolen on a day trip not far from Selaron steps whilst ordering an Uber but when I went to the police station their first guess as to the location was Copacabana!

Kind service
Value for money - tiny room, tiny lobby space, tiny breakfast area
