I was not expecting such a comfort in Guwahati. Place was clean and nicely maintained. Loved it!
Ambience and aura of the hotel. Camphor diffuser made me feel home. Rooms were clean. Staff was cooperative. It's a good location if u want to visit Maa Kamakhya. All the good restaurant and shoping markets are close to this place.

Location and people in front desk were knowledgeable about the other locations and tourist places.
Hotel should have hot water heater and tea arrangement in room.

Hotel is centrally located and getting transportation is easy
.Rooms need an upgrade..Hotel seems to be short staffed as I had to call several times to ask for basics like face napkins , rolls , tissues etc ..wonder why can't it be kept in the room . Breakfast should have fruits and juices..No options for packaged breakfast for people traveling early in the morning ..bed linen , quality of pillows not upto mark
