nice location but problem finding it as not very in village of Moitron-sur-Sarthe! very pleasant hosts. Good level of cleanliness although room rather basic.
Toilet on landing shared by 5 Rooms. no separate guest accommodation to eat breakfast. The name of the establishment is le petit epony not as described on site compounding difficulties to find
