Another great stay at this traditional but stylish hotel in a good location. The executive room with a separate lounge was functional. The layout of the room was excellent. Level 3 had a lounge, bar and outside pool area. The coffees and juices were excellent with great customer service provided to us. This hotel is kept spotless.
Only two 350ml bottled water provided daily. The balcony has no access. The massage on level three charged over 700,000 VND including tip.

Location
Facilities in room not ok (sink blocked, room key/card holder falling from wall, pool old and with loose tiles etc...). Staff basically doing their job. Staff scared to tell some customer that smoking is not allowed in breakfast room (I had to do this). This is simply not a 4 star hotel
