The hotel facilities were very clean and organized but the best part was the service provided by the staff. I would undoubtedly stay here again

Everything was good

El Nakhil Hotel was extremely comfortable, we felt very much at home! A lot of hotels have smaller pools, this hotel has a big pool that is open late, I definitely recommend trying it out! Currently they have a local artist painting a beautiful mural around the pool. The food was also delicious and the dining area is gorgeous with a great view! We came to Egypt, forgetting to book our tours ahead, however, this was a blessing in disguise. Abdallah, the owner, was the best! He helped set up a private tour of all the sites in Luxor including a private Felucca boat ride for us. We also got to see the outstanding Temple of Dendera! We had such a great time with Ahmad, our tour guide. He has so much knowledge and stories to share about ancient Luxor, present day Luxor and overall Egyptian culture. Ahmad was also so attentive and accommodating to our pace going through the sites, and making sure I did not overheat. He also took us out to a place for lunch that had wonderful food and another beautiful view! I highly recommend this hotel to stay and to book tours through, because we had such an enriching experience learning from real locals of the community of Luxor!

Everything was amazing!

Had a pleasant stay. Abdallah did a wonderful job of advising me on Luxor activities. The food from the restaurant was fantastic and the pool made the hot summer days bearable.

All reviews mentioned knowledgeable staff who could help with tours and recommendations, however the hotel is under new management and none of the reception people had any info on tours or anything. Room had cold AC though and the food was nice. Location was pretty central.

Wifi rarely worked, Check-in was slow even though I arrived after 14:30, no TV or kettle in room, many bugs in the pool, no information on tours or local recommendations. Overall it was ok; I wouldn’t stay here again to though or recommend it.
