Nice surroundings, very clean throughout and friendly staff. The food was excellent, both the buffet and à la carte options. We enjoyed everything we've tried. The thermal water and spa facilities were also a major highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I wasn't completely sure whether we received the room type we booked through Booking.com. When I asked at reception, they weren't able to confirm it either, as their room categories seemed to differ from those listed on Booking. The TV is quite old and isn't a Smart TV. The HDMI and USB ports are also locked, so you can only watch live television, even without option to replay programs from previous hours or days. There is some minor wear and tear in the room and the soundproofing is quite poor. No power outlets next to the beds is major downside. Overall, we would return, but for a five-star hotel at this price point, I think these details deserve much more attention.

We loved how kind the staff was when we arrived. The room was clean just like the whole wellness and spa part of the hotel. We had a great dinner and a rich breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was perfect. Great and super friendly stuff, swimming pools, saunas, breakfast. The room mas clean, spacious, with free minibar and some presents from the hotel (many thanks btw).

Just two little things: the mattress was a bit too hard for me, and soundproofing, as we heard tv in the next room sometimes.
