Vila Edelweiss Rooms&App Kranjska Gora

Breathtaking views, peace and quiet with only the sounds of the nearby waterfall and river. Apartment 3 was huge - two balconies, two double beds, bathroom with separate bath and shower, ginormous sofa and decent kitchen facilities. Direct view to Spik mountain which is so close. Very clean and comfortable. I could have stayed forever. Petra is a lovely host, so helpful and welcoming. Optional extras include breakfast and laundry facilities. There’s even a sauna and bicycle storage. Pool looks gorgeous though shuts end of September. We used Hotel Spik’s pool facilities and spa (5min walk) which is open to non-residents and costs ~€30. You can walk to mini market and small Spar for basic groceries. Pizzeria also walking distance. Much preferred staying here than in Kranjska Gora town as the views here are better and it’s quieter. 10 min drive to town for restaurants/supermarkets or cycle there on dedicated cycle path.

Some kitchen basics like oil, tea and coffee would make it feel more welcoming. Smart TV option would be nice.

Position was good, with easy and fairly quick access to Kranjska Gora. Situated in a very scenic area, with easy access to bike route. Comfortable bed, and apartment was well equipped for self-catering, good shower.

The apartment we stayed in - no. 2 - was a bit dark as surrounding bushes and trees a bit overgrown. Balcony only got the sun for about an hour late afternoon. Bathroom sink tap very stiff and noisy - just a small quibble, but a bit irritating.

Komfortowy pobyt w pięknym miejscu. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik. Spory basen, w którym można się zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Malutka ledwie działająca lodówka.

The vila is located in a good place allowing you to reach the sightseeings in 30 min to 1h. Overall gives you a good impression until you get into details.

Although the villa is presented as having a mountain view only 2 apartments out of ~8 have it. The view for the rest is just trees. The picture presented on the website are carefull selected but do not represent the really in the field. The pool is only 1,35m deep and the water is really cold, more than 10 min you cannot stay in it. In the apartment, the closet was realy small for a 4 person apartment. The rooms were separated by a door which was defect. I fix it temporarely so that we can use it. On the back of the bathroom door there was a big black area with most probably mold. The bathroom door was creaking terribly being imposible to go to toilet in the night without weacking up all house. The bathroom tiles were broken.
