Very tidy modern property with few quirks but nothing that detracted from my stay. It’s close to the aquarium, and the airport, but out of the city centre. Easy solved with a cab or public transport, both of which were easily accessible.
A little wear and tear in an otherwise comfortable and tidy flat and some technology that I struggled with. This latter is my fault, rather than the technology.

Great location; modern building.
The check in experience was not great - I had to book a specific time to be able to check in because it’s an in-person checkin.
In addition, the apartment is quite dated inside - the doors are all swollen from humidity, the shower is weird - no overhead water option, one must hold the shower head in the hand to be able to take a bath; the mattress on the bed is hard like a brick…
The bottom line is that the comfort level is low and the price is high - not the best combination.

"Perfect location, close to river, Pingo Doce around corner. Bed was comfortable. Couch might be better but we made it work.
Portable air conditioning is working great (might be noisy for night, but t..."
