Great location to discover Matera. Very clean and comfortable apartman. We enjoyed our staying.

Francesco muy amable y nos ayudó a aparcar el coche . Nos dejó café y galletas . Nos llevó al centro en su coche

….

Eigen plek op loopafstand van centru.

Niks

- The apartment was 15 minutes on foot from both the main "train" station in the south of Matera and the main bus terminal in then north of Matera. It was also 15 minutes on foot from the main entrance to the hilly old town with units built into the caves. The apartment was also quite close to grocery stores and decent restaurants and pizzerias (~10 minutes on foot). - Wifi worked fine - Appliances included fridge, electric kettle, espresso machine, microwave, oven, stove, air conditioner and Smart TV. - Manager did his best to explain things despite his English not being advanced

- If I had stayed longer, the lack of a washing machine would have been annoying. - Not a big problem for me, but the unit is on the ground floor next to another unit which uses the same entrance. You probably won't see or hear the other guests though.
