O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Can Rafal is situated to the south of the popular and authentic Old Town of Pollensa with its array of quaint cafes and local restaurants. The best part? You're only a 20-minute walk away.
This property is situated in the beautiful countryside surrounded by fields and boasting spectacular views of the Tramuntana and Puig de Maria mountains. Externally, this pretty villa sits on a large plot with an impressive 9.5m x 5m pool surrounded by lawns and evergreen bushes. With a large covered terrace, you are invited to make the most of the alfresco dining facilities, creating a great place to sit and enjoy the views during the mid-day sun.
Inside, the villa is furnished comfortably and retains the traditional Mallorcan style that has made this country a popular choice with our clients. A cosy lounge offers comfortable seating and air conditioning, whilst a fully equipped kitchen leading off the lounge/dining area has all the essentials you'll need to cook up a feast. We also find the three bedrooms on the ground floor, one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin and one single room. All bedrooms come with complimentary air conditioning.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night
To access the villa there is a path which is 108cm wide alongside 4 steps, the driveway is slightly uneven. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 72cm wide. There is 1 step, or a ramp down to the poolside. The path to the pool is narrow over the lawn. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The bedrooms towards the back of the property have a door width of 77cm. The master bedroom ensuite door is also 77cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 72cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 72m wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Oceny i recenzje
Podsumowanie recenzjiPiękne otoczenie z idealnym ogrodem, basenem i tarasem. Wnętrze wymaga aktualizacji. Naczynia kuchenne i łóżko są stare. Brakuje osobistego akcentu w domu. Okolica jest fantastyczna, szczególnie Lluc, Cape Formentera i Alcudia.
