It was family own and the staff was so nice. Very receptive and attentive. The property was gorgeous with the most beautiful garden and simply the best location ia a local market. The room was also very comfortable.
The only thing that we noticed was that the toilet has some yellow stains from use. But, overall, the room was very clean and nice.

Location was excellent, stepped out onto the street and the markets were right there.

Location was perfect , right in the market area but quiet and relaxing.
Shops and restaurants within a minutes walk and close to the Palace and Water Palace too , plus walks by rice fields not too far away , but you have to be reasonably fit.
Good breakfast and choices.
Comfortable spacious rooms but some overlook each other so curtains at times need to be closed.
Staff friendly and courteous.
Would recommend and like to stay there again.

It was central to the township of Ubud and right in the market. The staff were lovely.
The bed was hard, the bathroom drainage (toilet and shower) was set on stones, which couldn’t possibly have been clean and the pool got no sun, was cold and didn’t smell chlorinated.
